Problems Quarry Connect Answers
Customers calling for ticket status
Customers buying direct from the quarry can log in to the Quarry Connect Customer Portal to see their ticket images and invoices as soon as they are processed.
Paper weigh tickets
Quarry Connect Software uses AI to OCR read the ticket number, date and tons from each weigh ticket, whether a Driver photographs it in the Driver App or the office uploads tickets in bulk. Tickets are Job coded one at a time or in bulk.
If both a quarry and a Broker are using Quarry Connect Software, Jobs can be electronically submitted from the quarry to the Broker and dispatched direct to Drivers, creating a full-cycle ecosystem that talks to each party securely and fast.
Alternatively, if a quarry has its own ERP system and has electronic Job information for a Broker, Quarry Connect Software can build an integration to electronically consume that work on behalf of the Broker and transmit electronic ticket data back as needed.
Trucks across several regions
Quarry Connect Software dispatches Jobs to Drivers on the free Driver App, shows where trucks are on live maps, and plays back each haul with its tickets.
