What is Quarry Connect Software?
Quarry Connect Software is an online dispatch and accounting system for aggregate hauling: Jobs, dispatch, AI ticket scanning, Customer invoices, Vendor bills and QuickBooks® Online sync, with the free Quarry Connect Driver App.
Who is it for?
Brokers who run aggregate hauling Jobs, quarries that dispatch their own trucks or sell direct, and the Drivers and owner-operators who haul for them.
How do tickets get into Quarry Connect Software?
Drivers submit them from the Driver App or the Vendor Portal, or your team uploads them with Ticket Upload. The ticket number, date and tons are read automatically with AI, and tickets can be Job coded one at a time or in bulk.
Does it work with QuickBooks®?
Yes. Quarry Connect Software syncs with QuickBooks® Online for Customers, Vendors, invoices, bills and payments. See QuickBooks® Online sync. Contact us if you want to link to a different accounting system.
Is the Driver App free?
Yes. The Quarry Connect Driver App is free for Drivers, and so is signing in to each Broker’s Vendor Portal. See the Driver Help page for Driver questions.
Is it available in Spanish?
The Driver App works in English and Spanish.
Does the Driver App work without cell service?
Yes. The Driver App keeps working offline and sends loads and tickets when the phone is back in range.
How much does it cost?
The Driver App is free for Drivers. For Quarry Connect Software pricing, contact us and we will go through it with you.
How long is the contract?

What support do you provide?
Critical issues are covered 24/7, with a response within one hour. Other issues are handled Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with a response within 24 hours.
Where is our data kept, and how is it protected?
Quarry Connect Software is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), with encryption, access controls and regular backups.
Can we move over from our current system?
Yes. Contact us to talk through moving your Customers, Vendors and Jobs into Quarry Connect Software.
